Chrissy is the most experienced realtor in Volusia county, and has relationships with every other realtor and lender in the area. We have executed 2 separate real estate transactions with her and could not have done them without her. In 2017, she was our buyer's agent when we purchased a beautiful home on beachside Daytona Beach, FL and everything went smoothly. Despite several offers on the home, her relationships and connections got ours to the front of the line and was accepted by the buyers (even though it wasn't all cash or the highest). In 2021, we sold that same house and knew that Chrissy would be the realtor for us. This is the second time we have used Chrissy Royce.The first was over 4 years ago when our daughter and son in law were in the market for a home in Daytona Beach.
